Mount Banahaw is one of the most recognizable sites in Quezon Province, Philippines. This monolith of a volcano towers over the province and is considered sacred by the locals. Ben Francia is a fourth-generation forager who owns a piece of land on Mt. Banahaw. He studied how to apply permaculture farming to maximize the bountiful land that he inherited from his family.
