Support the channel: Like the video if you enjoy healthy vegetable recipes Subscribe so you don’t miss new simple and tasty ideas Share this recipe with friends And don’t forget to tell me which city you’re watching from – I love reading your comments RECIPE Ingredients: Broccoli – 1 head Walnuts – 1 cup Eggs – 2 Mozzarella cheese – 100 g Fresh parsley Sesame seeds Italian herbs, dried garlic Salt and black pepper For the avocado sauce: Avocado – 1 Lemon juice – from 1/2 lemon Garlic – 1 clove Greek yogurt or sour cream – 1 tablespoon Green onion Salt, black pepper, mixed spices Preparation: Transfer broccoli to boiling salted water and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and blend until smooth. Chop the walnuts and mix them with the eggs. Add the broccoli purée. Season with salt, black pepper, herbs and dried garlic. Add grated mozzarella and chopped parsley. Form patties, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 180°C / 350°F for about 10 minutes. Avocado sauce: Mash the avocado with a fork, add lemon juice, garlic, yogurt, green onion, salt, pepper and spices. Mix well until creamy. Serve the hot broccoli patties with the avocado sauce.
