After spending three years learning about body-based style systems, I have developed my framework 'the body matrix' which is my perspective on the key things you need to know to dress for your features. Inspired by Kibbe body types, and other body shape systems, the body matrix identifies 27 body types based on width, length and shape. In this video, I compare the types to Kibbe for those of you familiar with that system, as well as how to style each one.
