Lucy Worsley uncovers the case of a stepmother accused of drowning her stepdaughter. Lucy travels back to August 1867, stepmother Frances Kidder takes her stepdaughter Louisa for a walk across lonely wetlands in Kent returning without the 11 year-old who is later found dead. Lucy and historian Professor Rosalind Crone visit Kent and are then joined in the studio by Dr Gwen Adshead, a long time psychiatrist and psychotherapist at Broadmoor Hospital to discuss the case.
