Although it looks ordinary without any meat or vegetables, the taste is surprisingly delicious. You can serve it on its own or use it as a foundation to pair with any meal you want. INGREDIENTS 300g / 10.6 oz fresh egg noodles 27g / 2 Tbsps peanut oil 16.6g / 1 Tbsp soy sauce (Amazon Link - https://geni.us/light-soy-sauce) 36g / 2 Tbsps oyster sauce (Amazon Link - https://geni.us/premium-oyster-sauce) 5.5g / 1 tsp dark soy sauce (Amazon Link - https://geni.us/dark-soy-sauce) INSTRUCTIONS Add the fresh egg noodles to boiling water and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. If using dried egg noodles, please follow the cooking instructions on the package. Meanwhile, heat a wok over medium heat until smoking hot. Add the oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and dark soy sauce. Mix thoroughly. Turn off the heat.  Remove the noodles from the water and shake off the excess moisture. Add the noodles to the hot wok and mix thoroughly with the sauce.
