🥓 Tonpeiyaki (Japanese Pork & Egg Omelet) – Microwave Version 🌸Ingredients Eggs: 2 Bean sprouts (Moyashi): about 1/2 bag (50–70g) Pork (thinly sliced): 100g Cheese: as desired Salt & pepper: to taste 🌸Toppings Okonomiyaki sauce: as desired Mayonnaise: as desired Aonori (dried green seaweed): as desired 🌸Instructions 1.Line a large microwave-safe plate with microwave-safe plastic wrap. 2.Crack the eggs onto the plate and lightly beat them. 3.Add the bean sprouts on top of the eggs. 4.Place the pork over the bean sprouts. 5.Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle cheese on top. 6.Cover loosely with plastic wrap. 7.Microwave at 500W for 5 minutes. 8.Carefully fold in half while hot. 9.Top with okonomiyaki sauce, mayonnaise, and aonori. 🌸Note Tonpeiyaki is a simple Japanese dish made with pork and eggs.
