In this video I spend 24 hours with one of my favorite musicians, @st.finnikin We learn about his healing journey from experiencing chronic pain due to Lyme disease, his own personal “hell,” to making a full recovery, thriving, and how this activated a spiritual awakening. St. Finnikin says that by going to hell, he found heaven. We hear his full story from breaking his back as a child, which lead him to his passion for music, growing up in the Christian church, following his own curiosity to learn about other religions and spirituality, losing his sister to cancer, experiencing Lyme disease combined with toxic mold exposure, and how he healed his body and made a full recovery. We talk about the stories and meaning behind his music, and the making of the album, The Inner Work, that has become one of my favorite albums.
