How I Knew I Was Autistic
Mom on the Spectrum
View ChannelAbout
Hi, Iβm Taylor. I'm a late-diagnosed autistic mom, creator, and educator learning how to live more gently while getting to know my neurodivergent brain. I found out I was autistic at 31, and suddenly many of my repeated struggles made sense. That relief and clarity is something I wish I could give to anyone who has been wondering why life feels different for you. This channel is where we work through shame, drop the mask, and connect with people who understand how overwhelming this process can be. Whether youβre late-diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or still exploring, youβre welcome here exactly as you are. π₯ βοΈ New videos premiere most Wednesdays at 2 PM CT. If youβre wanting more of that feeling of being seen, my Connection Groups are a space for honest conversation and genuine support (links below). Iβm not a doctor, just a human sharing lived experience. Please talk with your healthcare provider before making medical decisions based on anything you see here.
