I have lost almost 10kg in 3 months and while I am not a fitness, nutrition or weight loss expert, I have done a lot of research and learnt a lot over the last 12 weeks so wanted to share my experience and answer your questions for those of you who may be looking to lose some weight or just have a healthier relationship with food. Oh and if anyone was wondering, I am 166ccm. BMI was 27.6 before (overweight) and now is 24.3 which has just tipped me in to "normal".
