We start the day by catching the ferry for a scenic breakfast, then stroll across the famous Galata Bridge chatting with local fishermen. We explore the Sultan Ahmet area, visiting the iconic Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Time for a delicious Turkish lunch, followed by a trip to the Grand Bazaar and a visit to the beautiful Süleymaniye Mosque. Next, we get lost in the vibrant Spice Bazaar, where we chat with some fascinating vendors. We cap off the day with a rooftop drink at Arya, enjoying breathtaking views of Istanbul before heading to dinner for some mouthwatering gluten-free Turkish dishes. To finish, we explore Istanbul by night and treat ourselves to some irresistible baklava. It was a crazy, epic day – Ella even got proposed to!!! Not a cheap day, but definitely worth every lira!
