In today's video, I walk through How To Make Your Obsidian Vault Multiplayer with the Relay Plugin 🛰️ 🛰️ The Relay Plugin enables you to share specific folders in your Obsidian Vault so that you can collaboratively work on the same notes together in real time. A great (free) alternative to Obsidian Sync! The Relay Plugin is perfect for teams, partners, companies, students, anyone looking to get into shared or collaborative note-taking. You can use this for projects, research, or even just having conversations with each other, in the place that you're already taking all of your notes. It's a great way to work on notes together, in real time. You can think of The Relay Plugin as Google Docs, directly within your vault (though it's missing a few key features that Google Docs offers that I talk about in the video). This Shared Note-Taking Plugin is an alternative to Obsidian Sync. The team behind the Relay Plugin (System 3) has a full roadmap of features that they're introducing to make this plugin more versatile, which I also share more information on throughout the video. With so many of my friends now using Obsidian, this plugin is a great way for me to share my thoughts, ideas, and notes with them, without having to pay for a monthly service like Obsidian Sync. You can even use this to sync folders between your computer & mobile device if you want to! A true Obsidian Sync Alternative.
