Soften the butter, then add the granulated sugar and egg. Mix all together. 2. Sift all of A into 1. 3. Lightly mix B, then pour into a mixer. 4. Take the dough out from the mixer and knead with hands. 5. Flour the dough with hard flour. Roll the dough to make it around 7mm thick. 6. Cut out with a round cookie cutter and place them on parchment paper. 7. Bake for 15min at 170℃ in the preheated oven. ■Ganache Black chocolate:160g Heavy cream: 100ml Honey: 15g Cointreau: 10ml 1. Add honey into chopped chocolate. 2. Boil the heavy cream and pour into 1. 3. Mix 2 well and liquefy. 4. Add the liquor and stir.
