Video Description

This sourdough bread is unbelievably soft, loaded with raisins, and the crust sings when it comes out of the oven - yes, sings. If you’ve been searching for a go-to sourdough recipe that gives you a crisp, blistered crust and a pillowy, flavorful crumb, this is the one. It's no-knead, super satisfying, and has just the right touch of sweetness from juicy raisins. Ingredients: * Active sourdough starter - 100 grams * Water - 1 ¼ cups (300 milliliters) * Bread flour - 3 ¾ cups (450 grams) * Salt - 2 tsp. (10 grams) * Raisins - ⅓ cup (50 grams) Full printable recipe here 👉 https://food-language.com/recipes/raisin-sourdough-bread/ *My other awesome channels:* Sweet Bread Recipes 👉 https://www.youtube.com/@sweet-bread-recipes Cookie Corner 👉 https://www.youtube.com/@The-Cookie-Corner Tools I Used: Baking pan I used to bake this bread: https://amzn.to/3N8ZPUi (I used two of them, one turned upside down and used as cover) Alternative pan: * https://amzn.to/49UyaOo - either two of these, one turned upside down and used as a cover, or one, but covered with aluminum foil for the first bake. * https://amzn.to/4gnx6Fb - same as the previous pan. * https://amzn.to/45EnuSO - "flour sifter" a.k.a. tea strainer * https://amzn.to/4qCUXVM - my favorite bread lame There's something deeply comforting about the way this bread comes together - stretching and folding the dough, watching it rise, and finally hearing that crackle when it comes out of the oven. The raisins create little pockets of aromatic sweetness, and the inside stays melt-in-your-mouth soft. Remember, the joy of cooking is in the process as much as in the final product. So, let’s enjoy the process together and make some delicious bread! 🥖 Let me know where you’re watching from and say hi in the comments!
