Happy cooking! ❣ 👩‍🍳 INGREDIENTS: * 1 kg Chicken wings * 70 ml Soy sauce * 2 tbsp Honey * 2 tbsp Lemon juice * 1 tsp Paprika * 1 tsp Garlic powder * Vegetable oil (for frying) Instructions: 1. Mix the soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, paprika, and garlic powder. 2. Marinate the wings in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours. 3. Fry the wings in a pan on both sides until golden. 4. Pour in the remaining marinade, cover, and simmer over low heat for 20–25 minutes. 🥣For the Sauce: * 3 Tomatoes * 2 Bell peppers * 1/2 Hot chili pepper * 2–3 Garlic cloves * 1 tbsp Tomato paste * 1–2 tbsp Lemon juice * 2 tbsp Olive oil * 1 tsp Paprika * 1/2 tsp Coriander (or Oregano/Herbes de Provence) * Salt & Black pepper to taste Sauce Preparation: Combine ingredients in a pan.
