It's an easy and delicious dinner idea that your whole family will love! 😊 Thank you, friends, for watching my channel❣ Be sure to try making it❣ ✅ INGREDIENTS: Potato Base: • Potatoes — 3–4 pcs (grate and squeeze well) • Hard cheese — 150 g • Eggs — 2–3 pcs • Salt — 1 tsp • Black pepper — 1/3 tsp • Paprika — 1 tsp • Spices — to taste. The Filling: • Minced meat — 500 g • Onion — 1 pc • Bell pepper — 2 pcs • Parsley — to taste • Salt — 1 tsp • Black pepper — 1/3 tsp • Coriander — 1/2 tsp Optional: 1 Tomato, 2-3 Garlic cloves, 50 g Cheese. For the Topping: • Mayonnaise (or sour cream) — 1 tbsp • Ketchup (or tomato paste) — 1 tbsp • Cheese — 50 g (for sprinkling) 👩‍🍳 PREPARATION: 1. Base: Grease parchment paper with vegetable oil. Spread the potato mixture and flatten it to about 1 cm thick. 2. First Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes (until lightly golden). 3. Filling: Mix minced meat with chopped vegetables and spices. Spread over the baked potato layer and roll it up. 4. Glaze: Brush the top with the mayo-ketchup mixture and sprinkle with extra cheese. 5. Final Bake: Bake at 180°C for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
