This will be an extremely divisive title for a lot of Fromsoft fans, but for me personally, this game ended up being the perfect storm that combined all of my recent video game hyperfixations. This is not the experience you might have with the game, and it goes without saying you won't be a fan of Nightreign if you weren't a fan of Elden Ring originally. But if you're on a discord call with a couple buddies, the gameplay loop can get heavily addicting, and most of the main gripes I have with it on launch seem very easily fixable.
