The Station Nightclub in West Warwick, Rhode Island, was packed with 462 eager fans there to see Great White on their "Play On" tour. Thirteen seconds into the performance, pyrotechnics ignited—a small addition meant to amp up the show. Sixty minutes later, the nightclub was nothing but ashes. The devastating fire claimed 100 lives and injured hundreds more.
