The third and final video in a mini-series looking into the basics of isolated voltage measurement. This time moving on from optical transmission to look at magnetic, making use of hall effect sensors. Starting with an open loop system before attempting a closed loop, compensated system inspired by industry leader LEM's ubiquitous compensated current sensors. Finally we test a commercial LEM LV25-P voltage transducer to see how our attempts stack up against a £100 industry standard device.
