Well, there was an easy way to test that. I was in Tokyo, the world's largest megacity, and decided to check out Sanya, the most notorious neighborhood in the city. The different parts like Minowa and Yoshiwara were known for all kinds of nefarious activity. How would it be for an American who just wanders in?
