Jury Sees Video From Julio Foolio's Ambush Shooting In Tampa

Jurors in the trial of Alicia Andrews saw surveillance video today that shows the fatal shooting of rapper Julio Foolio in Tampa, Florida, last year. Andrews is the first of five defendants to stand trial for the murder of Foolio, whose legal name was Charles Jones. Prosecutor Scott Harmon, an assistant state attorney with the Hillsborough County State Attorney's Office, showed video of Foolio's shooting during his two-hour opening statement today (Wednesday, October 22). Andrews was not present when Foolio was killed, but prosecutors say she helped plan his murder and is equally culpable. 03:20 "This is Mr. Jones arriving.
