I’m giving my foyer table a fresh update with soft pops of spring color, and I’m also sharing a few cozy recipes that are perfect for this time of year. You’ll see two delicious chicken dinners that are easy, comforting, and family-friendly, plus a simple apple tart dessert that feels extra special (but is so easy to make!). I’m also sharing a few everyday outfits and a quick hair tutorial along the way. Sauté until soft then add chicken broth, cream, potatoes, frozen peas and 1 teaspoon of grain mustard, thyme, tarragon, garlic powder, S & P. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Add in the chicken. If needed add a little more broth and/or cream. Add to a casserole dish, then top with puff pastry. Seal it around your casserole dish. Brush with egg yolk Bake at 400 for 30 min. or until crust is golden.
