F O L L O W M E INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/janetndomahina TIKTOK: https://www.tiktok.com/@janetndomahina R E C I P E S PROTEIN PANCAKE RECIPE 🥞🫐 1 scoop of protein powder 1/4 cup almond four OR oat flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon Pinch of salt 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 1 egg 1 tbsp water In a medium sized bowl, add protein powder, almond OR oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and mix thoroughly. Once dry ingredients are mixed, add Greek yogurt, egg and water then mix thoroughly. Cook on medium heat and top with your favorites (I used Greek yogurt, blueberries and cinnamon). This recipe makes a single serving, about 3 little pancakes that stack perfectly. Chicken Caesar sandwich 🥪 Ingredients * Thin chicken breast * French roll * Garlic & herb breadcrumbs * 1 egg * Lettuce * Caesar dressing * Parmesan cheese Directions 1. Whisk one egg with a tablespoon of water. Dip the chicken into the egg wash, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs. 2. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Pan-sear the chicken for 3–4 minutes on each side, until golden and crispy. 3. In a bowl, toss chopped lettuce with about two tablespoons of Caesar dressing and a sprinkle of Parmesan. 4. To assemble: place the crispy chicken on a warm French roll, top with the Caesar salad mix, add freshly grated Parmesan, and drizzle with a little extra dressing. Optional: toast your roll for extra crunch — trust me, it makes a difference.
