I found a lost cave deep in the desert… and stories tied to legends of red-headed giants and Area 51 whistleblower reports. Today I’m hiking deep into a limestone canyon to track down a hidden cave I first spotted with the drone. Along the way I’ll show you the geology that creates these cave systems — bedding planes, eroded limestone, iron concretions — and why this isn’t the kind of rock I usually expect big gold in. But that’s not all… I’m also sharing a story I was told by a contractor who actually worked out at Area 51 and a remote facility often called S-4 — where he says he saw a large disc-shaped craft hanging from a gantry crane… with a massive hole blown right through the middle. Believe it or not, you can decide for yourself. Inside the cave we find signs of old camping spots, digging, possible artifact hunting, and an incredible view out over the valley. No red-headed giants today (thankfully), but plenty of mystery and adventure!
