In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, orange juice, chipotle peppers in adobo, vinegar, chopped onion, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, lime juice, finely chopped shallot, and additional minced garlic. 2.
