Here's a complete, step by step process, showing the traditional way of making white wine, without any sulfites or chemicals, all natural, starting with grapes. Let stand until Sept/Oct 10) Once Sept/Oct arrives, it’s time to bottle Note: During the summer months, keep an eye on your wine levels as they may begin to rise and overflow into your air locks – be sure to prevent this.
