Zutaten: 2 Makrelen. Salz nach Geschmack. Gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer. 1 Teelöffel Fischgewürz. 1 Teelöffel getrockneter Ingwer. 3 Esslöffel Apfelessig. 20 ml Sojasauce. 100 ml trockener Weißwein. 3 Knoblauchzehen. 15–20 Minuten marinieren. 400 g Kartoffeln. Mit heißem Wasser aufgießen und 10 Minuten ziehen lassen. 2 Zwiebeln. 3 Tomaten. Olivenöl. Salz nach Geschmack. Oregano. 30–40 Minuten bei 180 °C im Backofen backen. 50 g Maisstärke. 1 Teelöffel scharfe Paprika. 1 Esslöffel Paprikapulver. 1 Teelöffel gemahlener schwarzer Pfeffer. 1 Esslöffel Salz. Olivenöl. 20 Minuten bei 180 °C im Ofen backen. 4 Gurken. 1 Bund Dill. 1 Zwiebel. Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack. Zitronensaft. 20 ml Sojasauce. 40 ml Sojasauce. 1 Esslöffel Senf.
