A 56-minute journey through Challenger Deep, where crushing pressure, eternal darkness, and near-freezing water create one of the most extreme environments in our ocean. This is a quiet, contemplative documentary about the deep sea—the vast lightless realm that covers most of our planet's surface and living space, yet remains largely unexplored. We descend from the sunlit surface through the twilight and midnight zones, across the abyssal plains and down into the hadal trenches of the Mariana Trench.
