- Turn on subtitles/CC's if you'd like explanations on what I'm doing throughout the video. - I paid $500 for this 1975 (amongst a mix of parts from other years) F150. Back in 1984, it was a beautiful customized pickup truck, tricked out with things like a $1000 cassette stereo and hand painted pin-stripping. Now, it's mostly rust. My goal was to get it driving home within one day of work after it having been parked since the 90's. After accomplishing that, I began turning it into a dedicated off-road rig, a Mud Truck, if you will. Although I didn't find any mud in this video, this thing took one heck of a beating and is ready for more, almost. It will be enjoyed to its fullest potential and then some.
