Video Description
I received a new order from the company, this time I need to trim hedges and bushes in the adjacent area of an apartment building. I immediately noticed that one hedge was particularly overgrown and the lawn had not been mown for a couple of weeks and it was lucky that there had been no heavy rains for a long time and the grass had not grown much, in the front yard there were several bushes and very overgrown ivy that grew to the roof of a two-story house. I started work immediately by trimming a large hedge, it is difficult for me to say what kind of wood it was made of, since everything was mixed up here. First I trimmed both sides, then using a ladder I trimmed the top, in several places the branches were especially thick and I had to use a chain saw. Once I had finished the first hedge I started tidying up so that the clippings wouldn't get in the way of people walking on the sidewalk, then I trimmed the laurel hedge next to the house, I even found someone's work gloves, probably left by the previous gardener, then I trimmed the ivy and trimmed another small hedge next to the tall grass and also shaped the shrubs that divided the yard. I started tidying up again, collecting all the small clippings in bags and hauling the larger clippings with a pitchfork to the trailer. Next I decided to mow the lawn, but not before using a trimmer to knock down the weeds from the sidewalk and other places and mowed the tall grass at the back of the yard, then I blew everything up with a backpack blower and started mowing the lawn, without a grass collector. When I was almost done mowing, one of the residents of the house came up to me and asked me to also mow the grass where there used to be beds, but now there are just weeds growing there, so I used the trimmer again to mow everything, and then I collected everything in a green bag. When the work in the backyard was finished, I started trimming the front of the house using a regular trimmer for this work, when I was removing the vines that had grown everywhere, a pigeon flew out of the ivy that was on the wall of the house, but I did not pay attention to it, then I immediately collected everything in a bag, since the driveway was narrow and the cuttings were in the way of passing cars. The rest of the bushes I trimmed mainly using a long trimmer, reaching the end of the house, then after cleaning I also used the trimmer to remove weeds, stones and trim the edges near the curbs. At the end of the work I started to remove a small ivy that was on the corner of the house, then a resident of one of the apartments came up to me and said that in the ivy on the other corner of the house there was a bird's nest and asked me not to do anything there, when I finished the work I decided to check it myself and I really found a nest with one bird's egg there and when I went down I slipped off the stairs and fell into the bushes, then I realized that this was a sign and I should not do anything there, so my work was finished. This work took me a full working day more than 8 hours and a fully loaded trailer!
