With some solid driving around Dubai in a Middle East spec Patrol, Baker wonders if the new turbocharged 4x4 is worth waiting for, or if you’re better off getting the last of the just-lobbed upgraded Y62s for that V8 sound. One big question remains for Australian Patrols, however, and that is price. With a not-insignificant 13 percent hike in the UAE, the new Y63 will be closer to the 300 Series Land Cruiser than ever.
