Flaky puff pastry, rich sofrito, melty cheese, and your favorite toppings this easy puff pizza is perfect for last-minute dinners, lazy weekends, or when you just want something insanely good with minimal effort. Quick, Crispy, and Totally addictive! Make this once… and you’ll make it forever. 🧅 Ingredients: 1 sheet puff pastry Sofrito: 1 large onion, 1 large bell pepper, optional Mushrooms, garlic & thyme, splash of white wine Sauce: 1 very ripe tomato or 2–3 tbsp crushed tomato Toppings: 1 ball bufala mozzarella (dried), 1 can tuna (or cooked chicken, pork, or beef) and Basil, and or Chives 👨‍🍳 Method: Pre-bake both sides of the puff pastry. Sauté the sofrito until soft or caramelized. Build: Puff pastry, sauce, sofrito, protein, cheese. Bake at 200°C until golden.
