9R breakdowns & S670 engine Backfires Through the Intake — She’s About to Blow!

It starts off innocent enough — just a 9570R setting an ECM 3216.04 Intake NOx Sensor Fault and a 157.18 Low Fuel Pressure Code. I fix those issues and think the day’s turning around… but it’s not. This video takes you through one of the craziest chains of breakdowns I’ve had in a while: The 9570R gets new filters and a NOx sensor to clear its codes. My new shop project, a 9510R, comes in with both the EGR cooler and oil cooler failed — coolant and soot contamination everywhere. Rain sends me indoors to rebuild and flush that cooling system. A 9620RX throws a 3362.31 DEF Dosing Unit Prime Failure — turns out leaking DEF lines are the culprit. A 9560R gets a new FDH Controller and harness. Then I wrap up with the teased S670 combine that’s popping through the intake… and when I say “she’s about to blow,” I mean it literally!
