Hello everyone, in this video we are looking back at 7 months of the Retroid Pocket 5. This is a review of the console over the past 212 days and if I think it's still worth buying. I started my channel by reviewing the Retroid Pocket 5 on November 1st. It's now June 1st (this video might be delayed a day or two as I'm pretty ill with laryngitis or possibly covid), so I thought it's a good time to take a look back at how it's been, how it's going, and how it compares to the competition that has emerged on the scene since its introduction. First of all, I'll give you a quick rundown of the device's hardware - the technical specifications, and how the device feels. I have a lot of positives and also some negatives to share about the grip, analog stick placement, and overall design. Next we'll look at the software - how well does it run games? How's it holding up? After that we'll get into a little mini VS series, comparing it to other handhelds in the space which may be competing for your hard-earned money. Which is the best purchase?
