Since then Rita has amassed over 10 billion global streams, had 13 Top 10 UK singles, four of which have gone number 1 and she hasn’t stopped there, she’s entertained us on the likes of The X-Factor and she’s now tackling the acting world. Now as she releases her latest single, Heat - which is giving pure cockytees with the girl's energy and we truly love to hear it - Rita joins us for a chat where by her own admission she shares more than ever before. We talk about making mistakes, finding staying power, dealing with misogyny, owning her music, and mental health. But one of things I love most is when Rita reflects on learning to look after her inner child which is a great reminder for us all to practice self love.
