At the start of November, I travelled to the northern region of Serengeti National Park to stay at Nomad's Lamai Safari Camp to experience the regions 'green season'. I was so incredibly lucky during my week here, it truly was the safari of a lifetime, from seeing an elephant calf taking its first steps, to tiny lion cubs, to multiple leopards. Plus, it had the added bonus of being extremely quiet as it was outside of peak season, meaning that for most sightings, we were the only vehicle around.
