Secret Sewing CHALLENGE! In this week's video, I paired up with Jennifer from A Vintage Vanity to do a secret sewing challenge. We sent each other a mystery box of vintage fabric, a pattern and vintage notions, and we were only allowed to use what was INSIDE each box. I was sent a 1950's vintage sewing pattern (McCall's 5471, bust 40"), some modern Joann's tree print cotton, a polyester zip and vintage notions. Come with me as I show you how I make a vintage dress from this exciting vintage mystery box. I will show you how I made this dress and tips to avoid making the same mistakes I did.
