Criminal charges will be filed in an investigation into a hazing incident involving members of the Westhill High School men's lacrosse team, Onondaga County District Attorney Bill Fitzpatrick announced on Tuesday. As part of his announcement, Fitzpatrick revealed new details about what happened on April 24, the day of the incident, to quell rumors.
