Christian Kowalczyk und sein Team bewirtschaften fast 6.000 Hektar Land und melken täglich 500 Kühe – in Russland. Noch sind der Stall und die Landtechnik veraltet, das Personal und die Landwirte in der Lernphase und die Fütterung nicht optimal. Trotzdem stieg die tägliche Milchleistung von 8 auf 23 Liter pro Kuh und bei einem Milchpreis mit 41 Cent wird das ganze profitabel.
