The Honest Hasselblad X2D II 100C Review - Is It Worth The Hype?

As you'd expect, I have a few choice words regarding the things that I don't like but I'll also be honest about the things that I do like. There's lots to love about this camera but would I recommend the upgrade for owners of the XD2 who primarily shoot landscape photography? Hasselblad might not like what I have to say. Then there's the new Hasselblad XCD 35-100mm f/2.8-4 E Lens which I took to Iceland for some tests. As you'd expect it did well at landscape photography but how does it compare to the prime lenses in terms of bokeh and cinematic shallow depth-of-field shots? You might be surprised. One of things that took me on a learning journey with this new camera is the HDR capabilities which at first I dismissed but when I discovered Greg Benz photography, my eyes were opened. There's also a bunch of features like improved IBIS and dynamic range but are these incremental improvements worth the hassle of upgrading? Then there's the tactile improvements that other cameras have had for years such as the tilt-screen and 5D joystick. These are welcome upgrades but have my feature requests been answered or ignored? There's really only one way to find out.
