Know Your Worthy Rivals: Seek out your “competition” to reveal your own weaknesses. Then you can work on them and become better. 4. Have Existential Flexibility: You must be willing to make a profound strategic shift when you find a better way to advance your cause. 5. Have the Courage to Lead: All of the above is not easy. You must be brave, and that will only happen through the relationships you form with the people around you.
