PRODUCTS USED BY CHEF: ❤️ Meat Thermometer with Probe - https://amzn.to/4eRPjtK ❤️ Montreal Steak Spice - https://amzn.to/3YfHiHO ❤️ Roasting Pan with Lid - https://amzn.to/3NWssS1 ================================= Ingredients: - 9lbs of Boston Butt Pork Shoulder Roast - Carrots - Onions - Peeled Garlic Cloves - Brown Mustard - Montreal Steak spice - Red Wine (or beef stock instead of wine) ================================= How to Roast Pork Boston Butt with a Thermometer 1. Put carrots and onions in bottom of pan. 2. Put the pork in the pan fat-side-up 3. Poke holes in the pork with a knife and make bigger with finger. 4. Put garlic cloves in all the holes 5. Rub pork on top with brown mustard. 6. Sprinkle with Montreal Steak Spice on top of pork. 7. Put a bottle of red wine in bottom of pan. 8. Insert temperature probe into thickest part of the meat in the middle. 9. Put lid on the roasting pan. 10. Cook in oven at 250°F until internal temperature of pork reaches 205°F 11. Remove pork from oven, remove lid and let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes. 12. Carve up, serve and enjoy! ================= How to Roast Pork Butt Roast without a Thermometer: 1.
