Gotham 1919 is a fanmade adaptation of the Batman lore, now set in the 1920's. The book is not a comic, and instead serves as a written documentation of Gotham City between the years of 1919 to 1939, a period that covers The Great War (World War 1), Prohobition, The Great Depression, and World War 2. Several character backstories are changed in the book, like how Bruce Wayne and Harvey Dent become veterans of World War 1, Scarecrow becomes the lead researcher on The Little Albert Experiment, and so much more is changed to fit in with the timeframe of 1919 - 1939, which is what this video is about.
