Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes: Wet your fingers to prevent the dough from sticking. Stretch the edges of the dough and fold it inward. Be careful not to tear the dough. Lift the dough 9-10 times and gently tap it to fold it. Transfer the dough to a deep rectangular bowl.
