Prince Alfred, Duke of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, was a prince of the United Kingdom and a member of the British Royal Family from birth — Duke of Edinburgh, Earl of Kent, and Earl of Ulster from 1866; and the penultimate reigning Duke of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, from 1893 until his death in 1900.
