張崇德官方頻道是張崇德的唯一官方頻道。 張崇德是擁有博士學位的香港著名歌手 及 跨媒體音樂人，他也是一個演員、作家、音樂家、作曲人、作詞人、音樂製作人、手錶設計師。 張崇德與兄長張崇基於1993年贏得TVB第12屆新秀歌唱大賽冠軍後成為歌手，至今在香港開過10次演唱會，其中兩次更是在紅磡香港體育館(紅館)舉行。另外, 張崇德亦是一位資深的歌唱老師，多年來的學生超過5000人, 經常獲邀於歌唱比賽擔任評判, 包括無線電視(TVB) 聲夢傳奇 及 亞洲電視亞洲星光大道1 及 星光大道2。除此之外, 亦於無線電視(TVB) 中年好聲音3 及中年好聲音擔任導師。
