UNEXPECTED sightings at the Tern Hill Hall classic car meet

We go back to the long, warm, sunny evenings of just three months ago in today's Old Classic Car video - in it we're at Tern Hill Hall, near Market Drayton in Shropshire, for what was probably the best enthusiast & classic car evening meets that we've been to there. The July 2025 meet was simply huge, with all sorts of great old cars rubbing door handles in the grounds around Tern Hill Hall. Highlights included a great pair of Ford Mk1 convertibles of the 1950s - the attendance of which I'm told wasn't pre-planned, just a lucky coincidence - the Mk1 Zephyr Six and Mk1 Consul alongside made for a great sight. Other standout cars for me this time included an incredible special based on the running gear of a vintage American Case, Alvis 12/50 tourer, Morris 8, a pair of Ford Fiesta Mk1 Fly (convertible) editions, a very distinctive Triumph-based special, Alfa Romeo GTV, original Hillman Super Minx, SAAB 96, Jaguar XK120, "flat rad" Morgan, WW2 Jeep, Hillman Minx automatic (rare!), plus a 1912 Renault! There were loads of other classic cars in attendance, and later sports/retro cars in huge numbers. All in all, the July 2025 Tern Hill Hall classic car meet was a very civilised evening out, a great crowd, and excellent weather. Roll on 2026 (note that entry fees will apply next year).
