There is an idea that learning disability (intellectual disabilities) are as common as occurring in half of all autistic people. This idea has been promoted by Mencap, a UK Learning Disability charity, and shared by British governmental organisations such as local councils and the CQC (Care Quality Commission). Within the United States, Why is this? And how do learning disabilities correlate with autism? Let's explore this complex intersection in this video.
