Television | Radio | Digital | Education Georgia Public Broadcasting (GPB) is a state wide Public Media network of nine television stations and 20 radio stations affiliated with PBS and NPR serving the U.S. state of Georgia. It is operated by the Georgia Public Telecommunications Commission. The broadcast signals of the television stations and radio stations covers the state, as well as parts of Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. The network's headquarters and primary radio and television production facilities are located on 14th Street in Midtown Atlanta.

Georgia Public Broadcasting and the Atlanta History Center have partnered to produce the gripping new documentary “When Georgia Howled: Sherman on the March” on GPB Television. The program is the companion documentary to their Emmy-winning collaboration "37 Weeks: Sherman on the March,” a series of 90-second segments that premiered in April 2014 and commemorated the 150th anniversary of Sherman’s 1864 march into Georgia.
