Coupe utility or utes here in the States aren't around anymore. Every now and again a Subaru Baja will pop up, but that's it. However, from the late '50s, with the introduction of the Ford Ranchero and Chevy El Camino, to the early '80s, utes were fairly popular amongst consumers.
