Why Do Fallout 4’s Skyscrapers Look Like This?

Fallout 4 has the most unique skyline of any Fallout game. It's dominated by an odd array of plastic looking towers that don't match the real Boston, which is unlike the approach taken in Fallout 3 & New Vegas.
